Terms of Service

By accessing or using the LOOTZ website (“Site”), placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To place an order, you must sign in using your Google account. By doing so, you authorise us to access your Google profile name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful behaviour.

All prices on LOOTZ are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. We do not warrant that product descriptions are complete, accurate, or error-free. If a product you receive is substantially different from its description, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

4.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Online Payment (Razorpay)

Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Accepted methods include debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking. By completing a Razorpay transaction, you also agree to Razorpay’s terms and conditions. LOOTZ does not store your card or UPI details.

4.3 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders must be paid in full in cash at the time of delivery. If you are unavailable or refuse delivery of a COD order without a valid reason, your account may be flagged and future COD eligibility may be restricted.

4.4 Order Confirmation

A successful payment or COD selection will generate an order number. Please retain this for all future communication. An order is not guaranteed until confirmed by LOOTZ.

We currently ship within India only. Shipping is free on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. LOOTZ is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

• Damaged or defective upon arrival
• Significantly different from the product description
• Received in incorrect quantity or variant

To initiate a return, contact us at lootz.store.official@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Approved refunds for Razorpay orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

Orders in Pending status can be cancelled by you from your Orders page at any time before they are confirmed for fulfilment.

Once an order moves to Confirmed, Processing, or Shipped status, it cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

All content on this Site — including product images, text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of LOOTZ or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Place fraudulent or bad-faith orders
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOOTZ and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, products, or services — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
